is a value added service that displays the caller’s Business name and Business phone number to the person receiving the call, helping identify who is calling before answering.

Business customer must subscribe to stc (Session initiation protocol) SIP service to use Caller Name Display Service.

Display Name:

Customer will register the legitimate business name for display.

Display Number:

Customer can select stc SIP service Extension number for display.

The display name and display number must be under the requestor business customer ownership.

General terms of the service:

  • The customer must subscribe to stc (Session initiation protocol) SIP service to use Caller Name Display Service.
  • The display name availability is based on first come first serve basis.
  • To display caller name the maximum allowed characters are 25 characters.
  • Incase customer require to display name along with UAN, Toll Free OR short number together, the customer must subscribe Caller Name Display and display virtual number for business calls services.
