When subscribed to new plans, how to know remaining minutes and data?

You can know  your remaining data by sending 2220 or “Balance” to 900. Also, you can know your remaining minutes and data through mystc App

What is “Always on” feature for mofawtar 2 and mofawtar 3?

When you consume the data plan included in your mofawtar plan, your internet connection will no longer stop. With the “Always on” feature, you will remain connected even after data plan consumption. You will get 8 GB additional internet on mofawtar 2 and 24 GB additional internet on mofawtar 3, however your connection speed will be reduced to 256 Kbps. You will still be able to use many apps, browse several websites, and receive/send emails. And of course, all of this is without any additional charges and within the same fees you pay for your monthly plan. This way, you will be able to control your bill more effectively.
The feature does not require any subscription as it is automatically provided in mofawtar 2 and mofawtar 3 plans.

 

  • The included social media apps within the social media data available in mofawtar basic, mofawtar 2 and mofawtar 3 plus are: : WhatsApp, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch.
  • Data usage for mofawtar 4 is unlimited with no FUP (For MultiSIM subscribers: fair usage policy will be applied on all your SIMs which is 10GB per day once this daily limited is reached, the speed becomes 512 Kbps to ensure you are constantly connected).
  • Data usage for mofawtar 4 is unlimited with no FUP (For MultiSIM subscribers: fair usage policy will be applied on all your SIMs which is 8GB per day once this daily limited is reached, the speed becomes 512 Kbps to ensure you are constantly connected).
  • If you subscribed to mofawtar max, and paid two bills you will get a membership in tamayouz. In case of downgrading the plan, you will no longer be a tamayouz member.
  • If you subscribed to mofawtar max, and paid two bills you will get a membership in tamayouz. In case of downgrading and upgrading again, you will not be eligible to get tamayouz membership until completing 12 months after upgrading.
  • Countries included within free international minutes.
  • “Internet Wifi” is free via stc hotspots throughout the Kingdom within malls, cafes and public places.
  • Call tariffs numbers that start with 9200 will be charged on the local network minutes included in the package, and when the minutes expire, the call is charged at 17.25 Halala per minute.
  • Calls to 3 digit numbers, calls to other operators’ call centers, and calls for emergency numbers are free.
  • Calls will be charged 23 Halala per minute after consuming the free minutes within stc network and 34.5 Halala per minute after consuming the free calls to other networks.
  • SMS will be charged 28.75 Halala per SMS after consuming the free SMS within your package.
