Is the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applied to the new packages?
Yes, a fair usage policy of 7GB per day is applied to unlimited data (UL), after which the speed is reduced to 1Mbps. A fair usage policy of 5GB per day is applied to unlimited roaming data (UL), after which the speed is reduced to 1Mbps.

Is the Multi-SIM service available on the new packages?
Yes, the multi-SIM service is available for 25 SAR per month per SIM, and 50 SAR the setup fee for each SIM.

Can the package be changed?
Can the package be changed? Yes, the package can be changed, but if there is an active device contract, a penalty will be applied before the change is implemented.
4.
Is the contract mandatory for the packages?
The contract is mandatory only if devices are attached (for periods of 12, 18 or 24 months).
5.
What is the formula for calculating the fine?
The penalty amount = (Remaining term of contract × (Device discount value × 1.25)) ÷ Contract term.
