What is “Always on” feature for Mofawtar 2 and Mofawtar 3?

When you consume your data plan included with your Mofawtar plan, your Internet connection will not stop as before. With the “Always on” feature, you will remain connected even after you consume your data plan, you will get 4 GB additional internet on Mofawtar 2 and 24 GB additional internet on Mofawtar 3, yet your connection speed will be reduced to 256 Kbps. You will still be able to use many apps, browse many websites, and receive/send emails. And of course, all this is without any additional charges and within the same fees you pay for your monthly plan. This way, you will be able to control your bill more effectively.
The feature does not require any subscription as it automatically provided in Mofawtar 2 and Mofawtar 3 plans.
  • Data usage for Mofawtar 4 is unlimited, with a Fair Usage Policy of 6 GB per day. Once this daily limited is reached, the speed becomes 512 Kbps to ensure you are constantly connected.
  • Data usage for Mofawtar 5 is unlimited, with a Fair Usage Policy of 10 GB per day. Once this daily limited is reached, the speed becomes 512 Kbps to ensure you are constantly connected.
  • If you subscribed to Mofawtar 5, and paid two bills on this plan you will get a membership in Tamayouz. In case of downgrading the plan you will no longer be a Tamayouz member.
  • If you subscribed to Mofawtar 5, and paid two bills on this plan you will get a membership in Tamayouz. In case of downgrading and upgrading again, you will not be eligible to get Tamayouz membership until completing 12 months after upgrading.
  • Countries included within free international minutes.
  • “Internet Wifi” is free via STC hotspots throughout the kingdom within malls, cafes and public places.
  • The call tariff to (3 digits, 4 digits and 5 digits) unified numbers is 30 Halala per minute.
  • Calls within the packages features excludes calling the unified numbers (9200), the price per minute for the unified numbers is 20 Halala.
