How can I register for qitaf program?
You can register by sending 201 to 900 or by using the mystc app.

Who is eligible to join the qitaf program?
All stc customers can join the qitaf program, except for customers who are in debt list, they cannot register in the program.

Can I register all my numbers in qitaf?
Yes, if you register in the qitaf program, all your numbers will be added to the membership linked to the ID number, and the points will start to be calculated.
5.
How can I earn qitaf points?
You can enroll to the qitaf program and start earning points when paying bills or when charging the balance of a Sawa number, and exchange them for a set of rewards, whether internal rewards such as minutes, messages, or local data and international roaming, in addition to external rewards through qitaf partners.

When will I receive my earned points?
The customer will receive an sms notification immediately after earning the points, whether when paying the bill with stc or at the earning partners with qitaf. To know more about earn partners, click here

How many points will I earn for the bills I have paid?
For every 15 SR paid the customer will earn:
Classic and Tamayouz Gold customer: 1 qitaf point
Tamayouz Platinum customer: 1.5 qitaf points
Tamayouz Diamond customer: 2 qitaf points

What are the excluded costs and packages from earning qitaf points?

Yes, they can earn qitaf points by recharging sawa balance.

Will I earn qitaf points on these postpaid packages (Jawwal 45, Jawwal 25, Zero Package, Zero Package Plus) ?
No, you will not earn qitaf points on the payment on the main subscription of these packages, but you will earn points on the additional payment made which is subject to qitaf accrual rules.

What is this bill payment product for postpaid and landline?
It allows you as a customer to adjust your bill amount by paying with Qitaf points for your landline and postpaid lines
12.
Who can avail this service as a customer?
Prepaid, landline and postpaid subscribers that are enrolled in Qitaf.
13.
When will the amount redeemed for, will get adjusted against the bill?
If you as a user has the bill date on 1st Feb 2021, and he/she makes a redemption on 20th of Jan 2021, the outstanding amount on the 1st of Feb 2021 will be reduced by the SR value for which the user redeemed the points for. So, any value redeemed for will adjust the upcoming bill amount accordingly.

What is this qitaf redeemable recharge product?
It allows a prepaid customer to use his Qitaf points to acquire recharge credit.

How soon will I get the prepaid credit after redeeming points?
It is instantaneous and you will get the SR amount immediately after a successful redemption.
16.
Can I use this prepaid credit for any usage or purchase of bundles?
Yes, this credit is just like your existing SAWA credit.
17.
Can other postpaid packages also benefit from this type of reward in the mystc Qitaf rewards section?
While entering the qitaf rewards section on the mystc app, the user has to specify the mobile number and mystc will display the types of rewards.
18.
Can I benefit from this service more than once during the month?
No, you can avail this type of bonus once during the calendar month.
