How can I subscribe to Thmanyah through my eligible Baity Package?

If you subscribed to an eligible Baity package on or after 25 September 2025:

  • You’ll receive an SMS on the mobile number linked to your service (Landline or baity 5G). The SMS will include your Thmanyah activation link.
  • Click the link, and you’ll be redirected to the Thmanyah page. Enter the mobile number you’d like to activate Thmanyah on (you may choose any mobile number you’d prefer in that step) — make sure this number doesn’t already have an active Thmanyah subscription.
  • You’ll receive an OTP on that mobile number to complete the activation.
  • Note: Please do not subscribe to Thmanyah directly through their platform, as the offer is only valid when activated through the unique link provided by stc.

 

If you subscribed to an eligible Baity package before 25 September 2025:

  • We’ve already activated your Thmanyah subscription on the mobile number linked to your service (Landline or baity 5G).
  • Note: if you had an active direct subscription with Thmanyah on the same number, your free activation will not be successful.

Can I choose a different mobile number than the one linked to my Baity service?

When you receive the SMS with your unique link on your number, you can use that link to activate any mobile number you prefer and doesn’t have an active subscription on Thmanyah.

Why do I get an error when entering the mobile number on Thmanyah?

Please make sure that the mobile number you entered doesn’t already have an active Thmanyah subscription.

3.

I have activated my eligible package and I did not receive the SMS that includes my unique Thmanyah activation link?

Please call 900 to verify the mobile number that the activation link SMS was sent to.

4.

If I cancelled or downgraded my eligible package, will I be charged for Thmanyah?

No. If you are no longer on an eligible package, your free Thmanyah subscription will be automatically cancelled.

5.

What if I have more than one eligible package linked to the same mobile?

You will receive a unique Thmanyah link for each landline/baity 5G number and you may activate Thmanyah on different mobile numbers using those links.

6.

How can I activate my free Thmanyah subscription on a mobile that is already subscribed to Thmanyah directly?

In this case, you need to cancel your direct Thmanyah subscription and wait for the remaining subscription cycle to end so you can activate using the same link. Or choose another mobile number.
