The package price will be paid during

activation according to the selected package at the same current prices.

The customer can activate any service they wish, whether mofawtar or prepaid.

Activation will be done via the following e-channels: mystc app.

Authentication shall be done through “Nafath” portal during activation.

After package activation, the customer can benefit from all the services and features

available in the ordinary SIM.

2. From “Store” select “mobile and internet SIM”
3. Choose the service that suits you
4. Select “activate your SIM on your own”
5. Scan the SIM barcode or enter the serial number
6. Enter puk2 number
7. Choose the package that suits you
8. Enter your details
9. Enter the verification code sent to you
10. “Nafath” authentication
11. Payment through one of the available methods
12. Enjoy the service!
