A program to show gratitude for your loyalty as an STC customer. You can subscribe to Qitaf for free and start collecting points through the following:
- Subscribing to AlJawal and AlHatif services.
- Value of consumption.
- Regulated payment of AlJawal and AlHatif bills.
- Other service subscriptions.
You can also…
- Redeem collected points for a variety of STC services such as free minutes and free SMS.
- Exchange points for vouchers that give you the chance to win prizes and get discounts from:
- Qitaf’s 22 partners that are available in more than 2,400 branches across the Kingdom.
- Qitaf is undoubtedly the largest and most famous in the Middle East since it currently has more than 16 million clients.
- Gift your points and transfer them to any Qitaf subscribers you want.
Dear customer:
Upon registration at Qitaf program you will receive 20 points and then the system will start to count points in your account on every transaction made from Jawal or Hatif for example:
- One point for every SR10 when making call or on any additional service fees or through balance control for Jawal or Hatif.
- 12 points for subscribe for Jawal or Hatif.
- 6 points on making regulated payment.

Please Note:
- Customers are classified automatically and are informed of their membership level via SMS.
- Continuation of the current tier is renewed automatically every year depending on the level of payments per year.
- An annual notice will be provided to the customer notifying him/her of the points needed to be promoted to a higher tier or to ensure their place in the current tier.
