With mystc app, upgrading your package becomes easier! Upgrade your package and be introduced to a great benefits with our postpaid plans

All you need to do is the following steps:

  • Tap on the settings.
  • Number properties
  • Upgrade to postpaid .
  • Choose the plan you prefer to upgrade your prepaid sim to postpaid
  • Accept the terms and condition

During upgrading your package, you will be asked for IAM authentication code through mystc app. To prepare the code through the IAM website, follow the steps here.

 

After completing all the steps, you have now upgraded to postpaid and all you need to do is start benefiting from your postpaid plan.
