In its 2021 list issued last week LinkedIn ranked stc third in the top 10 Saudi companies who invest in their employees. The listing recognizes companies who support their employees in building professional foundations, are focused on attracting and investing in talent, and who create supportive environments to foster creativity, innovation and development.
The ranking methodology used by LinkedIn is based on seven pillars, each one representing a key aspect of career progression including: ability to advance; skills growth; company stability; external opportunity; company affinity; gender diversity and educational background.
The pillars are aligned with stc’s Human Resource (HR) priorities, which have been developed to invest in talent and leadership development programs and were important in helping the company secure its high ranking with LinkedIn.
