Now, EBU sector allows its customers to send a written telegraph to another customer or government agency or VIPs, whether internally or internationally, and in both Arabic and English language.

Telegraph Types:

• Express telegraph will be delivered within 6 hours. .
• Normal telegraph inside the kingdom will be delivered within 24 hours.
• Normal telegraph to Arab countries or other countries will be sent within 48 hours.
• Humanitarian telegraph is considered as an express one.

Telegraph Fees:

• Express messages Local and national: SR1 per word and it's delivered within 6 hours (During an official working hours).
• Normal messages Local and national: SR 0.50 per word and it's delivered within 24 hours.
• Normal messages to Arab country: SR 0.60 per word and it's sent within 48 hours.
• Normal messages to other countries: it's sent within 48 hours each country have a different fee.
• Humanitarian cause telegraph is considered an express telegraph, and it is a free service.

• Through MyBusiness portal (only by the admin user).

Sending telegrams is not possible through prepaid numbers or of other operator’s numbers.
