  • Warranty doesn’t cover any damages might occur due to Customer site issues like electricity, power, physical disturbance, electrical outages, force measure conditions.
  • For Proactive services customer is responsible for providing an up to date site contact information on quarterly basis or less.
  • Civil work; Power, grounding, lightning protection, or any extra civil and electrical work is the Client’s responsibility.
