STC supports the national economy by sponsoring the activities of Najran Investment Forum

STC sponsors for the second year in a row the second investment forum in Najran in the presence of HRH Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Governor of Jajran and the banner “Najran.. the territory of unlimited opportunities” in the period from September 07 through September 09 2013 at Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah Center for Conferences and Functions. The role of STC in sponsoring the event is an activation of its policy in supporting national projects aiming at the promotion of the kingdom’s economic position particularly in Jajran area that hosts a potential investment environment full of feasible investment opportunities to be revealed by participants in the forum. STC participates with a wing through which latest telecom technologies would be displayed which will support the companies with advanced services that facilitate their businesses. The sessions of the forum will discuss a number of themes to include Najran attractive investment environment and the services and infrastructures and their role in economic development and attracting investment to the area and human investment between education and employment. The forum will also discuss the role of financing authorities in supporting investment in the area and development of the industrial sector to strengthen the economic identity in Jajran as well as offering and overviewing investment opportunities in the district. It is worth mentioning that STC was able to build a communication and information technology infrastructure that covered most developmental sectors across the kingdom. This has enabled organizations make unprecedented qualitative move which was reflected in promoted and perfected performance via an integrated technical interface that enabled different business sectors move to a fully digitized environment that qualified them cope with the great leap of the national economy to make a key lever in the overall development and uplift trip experienced by our country under the government of the Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques.
