CONDITIONS


Terms & Conditions:

1- The Postpaid 800 Plan subscribers are entitled to obtain the devices through the plan support system where the Postpaid 800 Plan grants them a subsidy for smart devices as follows:
    a-SAR 2400 subsidy in addition to 12-month device contract.
    b-SAR 3600 subsidy in addition to 18-month device contract.

2- In case of the Postpaid 800 Plan subscriber wishes to downgrade his/her current plan, the device contract must be cancelled first and the remaining amount against the device’s value shall be paid in full.

3- In case of the subscriber wishes to cancel the device contract made with a Postpaid 800 Plan, the remaining amount against the device’s value shall be paid as follows:

    a- The subsidy granted to the subscriber divided on the number of months of the main contract term and then multiplied by the remaining number of months of the contract term.

4- The Devices Monthly Instalment Program is dedicated to new postpaid plan (100, 200, 400 Plus) subscribers only. Such installment plan does not cover Postpaid 800 & Postpaid 50 subscribers.

5- Postpaid 200 and 400+ subscribers may avail any of the installment plans for smart devices on contracts for 12, 18 or 24 months.

6- Postpaid 100 plan subscribers may avail one of the 25, 50, 75 or 100 installment plans only on contracts for 12, 18 or 24 months.

7- In case a Postpaid 100 plan subscriber desires to avail 125 or 150 installment plans, the subscriber must upgrade to Postpaid 200 or 400+.

8- If the subscriber wishes to cancel a Devices Monthly Instalment Program contract, he/she shall pay only the remaining installments against the device’s value.

9- If the device amount was paid in full before the end of the contract term (regardless of the total value of the cell selected by the subscriber), the remaining installments remained shall not be calculated (as the value thereof is zero).

Example: a subscriber joins the 150 Program with a 24-month contract (total cell amount is SAR 3600) and choses a device worth SAR 3000; in this case the subscriber pays SR 150 as monthly installments against the device for 20 months only as the total value of the device is realized on 20 months (SAR 150 x 20 months = SAR 3000).

10- If the device value is different than the total value of the selected cell, the device value only will be recovered from the subscriber.

Example: a subscriber joins the 50 Program with a 24-month contract (total cell amount is SAR 1200) and choses a device worth SAR 1185; in this case the subscriber pays SR 50 as monthly installments against the device for 23 months, then on the last month the subscriber is billed the remaining value of the device (SAR 35).

11- A subscriber on Devices Monthly Instalment Program may upgrade his/her postpaid plan during the contract term to a higher plan, and may as well request downgrading to his/her original plan. However, the subscriber may not downgrade to a postpaid plan lower than the plan activated when joining the Devices Monthly Instalment Program contract unless the current contract expires or the device value is fulfilled.
