Yes, they can change for free after Jood contract is finished, except when changing to Basic Internet Package where customer would have to pay 300 SAR fee.
What is the status of current customers on Jood packages?
Customers on old packages will stay as they are, unless they request to change to new packages.
Is there a confliction between free calling minuets and Jawwal or International Key?
No, there is not. The priority is always to Keys.
If Basic Internet customer’s share of internet data (20 GBs) is consumed, will the customer be informed of this? What are the customer’s choices?
Yes, he will be informs via SMS before share ends. He has three choices:
- Stay without Internet until next months’ share renewal.
- Purchase additional Internet quota (3 GB for 40 SAR).
- Upgrade to a higher package.
I am currently using a Fixed Broadband Internet service and I am moving to a new place, can I request my service to be transferred to the new place? Or do I have to request a new services at my new place?
Customers can request all their services to be transferred to a new place without any additional charges, subject to availability at new location.
