STC announced the wholesale customer care center. This customer care center is a commitment from the sector to satisfy customers’ need and to complete the expanding of its local and global network, deemed the best in the region. This call center will enable the company to enhance its regional pioneering and attract more customers from both regions. The launch of wholesale customer care center comes at a time that witnesses the begging of many global projects such as submarine and land cables as well as an expanding of STC network through the point of presence (SGMN), in order to meet the increasing growth of wholesale unit services at the regional and global level. In light of this development that the Kingdom in particular and the region in general are experiencing a boom in the broadband sector such as information exchange, internet and IPTV services.
