International Internet Connectivity
How it works
STC's International Internet Connectivity service provides national operators in the KSA as well as international operators with connectivity with the world’s Internet hubs. STC has the business agreements in place to offer a bundle of National Transmission, Cable Station Access, International Circuits and Internet connectivity. Additionally, STC can provide access to IP ports as a stand-alone service.

National Transmission services are made-up of local transmission links that provide connectivity from origination locations in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam to the regional Internet Filter, as well as connecting the Riyadh and Jeddah International Gateways (IGW) to Jeddah IGW. Cable Station Access offers access to the IGW station in Jeddah connecting STC's backhaul network to international destinations.

STC leverages relationships with international operators to offer International Circuit services that connect STC’s Jeddah landing station to international networks. International Internet Connectivity is an end-to-end solution whereby STC is responsible for terminating all traffic in partnership with international operators that provides a one-stop-shop for Internet connectivity.
Benefits
STC can be a telecoms operators’ bridge to the global Internet. It offers a range of capacity based on DS3 and STM-1 connections so that telecoms operators get the services they need and scale their businesses as they grow. STC has relationships with all of the major international carriers and can deliver International Internet Connectivity that means telecoms operators don’t have to commit resources to developing these relationships on their own.
