Alhatif landline phone service is the main service offered by Alhatif, The landline services operates through a huge and complex network of fiber optic and copper underground cables that covers the whole Kingdom and extends globally via armoured submarine cable network. The landline service offers our costumers the ability to remain connected 24/7 with friends, family, relative and businesses within and outside the Kingdom.
Upon installation of Al Hatif landline service at the customers home or office the costumer can choose one of our different Packages: HATIF 30, HATIF 45 and JOOD Package– based on their need.

Jood Plus Package:
It is a new package that allows you to call landline and mobile numbers within the kingdom for free, as well as calling numbers from other telecom operators for a monthly fee of SR 399 only .


Jood Plus benefits:

• International Call to favorite country Call for 80 Halalah/minute.
• International Call for 99 Halalh/minute.
• Obtain the following services for free ( Caller ID , Call Waiting , Conference Calling , Hot Line , Do Not Disturb and Blocking Outgoing Calls )

JOOD Package:

It is a package that allows you to make local and national calls free of charge around the clock via your Hatif / landline.

JOOD Benefits:

• 25% discount on two mobile numbers selected by the customer.
• Free subscription to the Favorite Country service.
• You can select one of two value added services for free: Call Management Package: (Caller ID, Call Transfer, Call Waiting and Conference Calls.) Or Privacy Management Package: Caller ID, Hot Line, Do Not Disturb And Incoming Call Alert.

Card Phone:
A phone service with call receiving feature, but calling is limited to the free service number (800), emergency numbers and (907). To call other numbers, you have to use Prepaid Card Marhaba.

Card Phone Benefits:

• No charges for installation.
• Defined and reduced annual subscription fees.
• You can subscribe to the Caller Identification service.
• Fees of the prepaid communication cards apply to local, national and international calls made by Card Phone service.
• Term of service is one year and it is set to automatically renew if not otherwise requested.
