Service Description:
This service provides the customers with direct internet access by calling 3660077of Easynet SaudiNet without having to subscribe or buy internet cards.
Service Benefits:
- Saves customers time.
- Freedom to choose preferred ISP.
- More flexibility in selecting & changing ISP.
- Not worrying about expiry of subscription.
- Payment to one party only through telephone bill while STC will pay ISP.
- Enable customers to benefit from some the features provided by STC at an affordable price
Service Fees:
- Installation Fees: Free.
- Subscription Fees: Free.
- Usage Fees: 5 Halala per minute (SR 3 per Hour)
Customer will pay STC through his telephone bill.
How to activate & deactivate the service:
Activation of the service:
To activate the service, customer has to configure the setting of his computer by selecting one of Easy net service provider from the list provided by STC.
Notice: some of ISP’s require proxy settings.
Deactivation of the service:
To deactivate the service customer can call 907 or using feature control service
How to obtain the service?
- Easy net works for all customers who have open access to dial-up internet.
- If the customer has blocked his/her internet service, it can be readily activated by calling Alhatif Customer care 907.
