A part of STC’s range of services for constant connection, the Nonstop service provides prepaid customers (Sawa and Lana) with 10 local minutes or a balance of SR 5.50 when credit reaches zero. This balance is settled upon their following credit recharge.
Service Features
The service is available to all Sawa and Lana customers
A customer can subscribe to the service by sending 1055 in an SMS to 902 after which he will receive a confirmation message
Upon subscribing to the Nonstop service, the customer can continue using his line even when his balance is zero or until his balance reaches negative SR 5.5
Upon recharging or receiving credit through the credit transfer service, the system will automatically deduct the credit used beyond zero
x: When the customer’s balance is SR –3 and he recharges his line for SR 10, SR 3 are directly deducted leaving the balance at SR 7
To enquire about the credit balance, SMS *166# and you will then receive an SMS showing your balance whether positive or negative
The extra credit can be used for all STC services that are provided to Sawa and Lana customers except for balance transfer and other services that are not free of charge (i.e. with monthly subscription fees)
The service does not work with the postpaid *8 service
The available credit can be used for making emergency calls
