Call Completion


With Call Completion you will be able to organize all your incoming calls since the service provides you a several options when your mobile switched off, out of coverage, when your line is busy or in case you didn’t answer the calls. When activating the service, the calling party will hear multiple options, and if no option selected; the service will automatically send you SMS notification.
 
When your mobile is busy, switched off or out of coverage, the calling party will listen to the following options:

  •  Receive SMS notification once your line become available.
  •  Initiating Automatic Call Back once your line becomes available.
  •  Leave Voice mail in your mail box.

When you don’t answer the calls, the calling party will listen to the following option:

  • Leave Voice mail in your mail box.

Service Activation

  •  You can activate the service by forwarding the calls in case of Busy, not reachable and not answering to 5500.
  •  You can activate the service in case of busy, not reachable and not answering by sending the code 5500 by SMS to 902
  •  Service can be activated by using the following commands:

    Service Deactivation
  •  You can deactivate the service from the mobile phone directly by cancelling the call diverts to 5500. 
  •  Service can be deactivated by sending the number 5501 by SMS to 902
  •  Service can be activated by using the following command:

Note:
If the line is busy, the service options will not be compatible with the call waiting service. Please find below the steps for deactivating the call waiting service in case it was activated manually:
Menu >  tools > control > phone > calls > call waiting > deletion
Note: Service activation through SMS automatically deactivates the call waiting service
