ALJAWAL, SAWA, and LANA customers can call by pressing *199* followed by the desired number and #, then pressing YES or DIAL. For example: (*199* 050532999#) followed by pressing YES or DIAL.

ALJAWAL customers can receive a call and pay for it as follows:
When a call comes through Collect Call, the dialing number will appear on the screen. Upon answering, the receiver will listen to a voice message asking him to accept paying for the call by pressing (*) or to decline by pressing (#).
