With the My Backup service from ALJAWAL, you don’t have to worry about losing information and records stored on your mobile. My Backup allows you to retrieve the lost information and then transfer it to your new mobile quickly and easily.

 

Service Features

  • Stores your mobile information using the latest international security systems.
  • Ensures complete privacy of your mobile information.
  • Allows you to retrieve and restore the data, whether you’re in the Kingdom or abroad, using the My Backup website www.mybackup.com.sa .
  • Operates through data application services such as JAWALNet or WiFi if they’re available on your mobile.
  • Ensures the availability of additional storage space for SMS, MMS, ring tones, videos, JAVA programs, calendar, tasks, and pictures.

 

Service Activation

To activate the service, send an SMS with the words “My Backup” to 85555. You will then receive the following information:

  • Your mobile number as the user name.
  • A password.
  • A link for downloading the My Backup software on your mobile.
  • JAWALNet is a requirement for downloading the My Backup software on your mobile.

    - The service costs SR 5 per month.

    - Data transfer fees depend on your JAWALNet package.
