Service Activation
To activate the service, send an SMS with the words “My Backup” to 85555. You will then receive the following information:

Your mobile number as the user name.

A password.

A link for downloading the My Backup software on your mobile.

JAWALNet is a requirement for downloading the My Backup software on your mobile.
- The service costs SR 5 per month.
- Data transfer fees depend on your JAWALNet package.
