This is a unique service from ALJAWAL designed to give parents peace of mind. Parents can call their child at his/her special mobile – designed for kids – at any time. A child can use this mobile to call specific numbers, predefined by parents. Parents can also identify their kid’s location and define specific safety zones.
Subscription
For this service, you need to buy the kid’s mobile device from the Saudi Telecom Company sales offices and a special Jawaly SIM card.
Visit Jawaly website on the Internet, login using the username and password you receive when you buy the device, and change the settings as you see fit. Jawaly SIM card has been specially designed for this service and can only be used with the Jawaly mobile. You cannot use a regular SIM card with a Jawaly mobile device, or a Jawaly SIM card with a regular mobile. In case of losing any, or both, you can deactivate the service or get a replacement.
Service Features

Controlled dialing: A child can only call 5 numbers using the Jawaly device by directly pressing the corresponding buttons. 16 other numbers can be stored in the mobile’s contact list if needed. You, as the parent, can control all the settings through the Jawaly website or by sending an SMS from your own regular mobile to 6555.

Easy to use: Jawaly device includes 5 buttons, each for a different number. This makes it easy to use by the kids and easy to control by the parents.

Battery-low signal: The parent will receive an SMS on his/her mobile as a reminder to recharge the Jawaly device battery.

Automatic answer: If a child does not answer his parents’ call, the Jawaly device will pick up automatically after 15 seconds. This way they can hear what’s going on in the surroundings and make sure their child is safe.

Kid’s location: The Jawaly device includes a GPS system through which parents can locate their kids.

Kid’s route: Parents can trace their kid’s route throughout the day.

Safety zone: Parents can define safety zones for their kids (between 500 m and 5 km). The parent will receive an SMS whenever the kid enters or leaves a safety zone.

To activate the service:
1- Insert Jawaly SIM card in the Jawaly device and send an empty SMS to 6555
2- Login Jawaly’s website www.jawaly.com.sa through your username and password to
control the settings.
