This service enables you to report your lost or stolen mobile. We will then deactivate your ALJAWAL line immediately, and no one will be able to use your mobile.
Usage
If you lose your mobile, all you have to do is
visit the nearest ALJAWAL branch.
Or call 902, give your mobile’s identification number (IMEI), and then fill in the relevant application for line deactivation.
To get your mobile’s identification number (IMEI), press *#06# on your mobile.
