ALJAWAL Control is a unique service that grants you utmost privacy and peace of mind. The service enables you to control your incoming calls and messages. You can specify numbers for which you want to ban phone calls and messages, along with the time duration or dates. You also have the option to specify numbers from which you want to receive calls. You can manage the settings through the "STCONLINE"
Service Features:
- You can add as many numbers as you want to your lists free of charge.
- You can form lists of barred numbers and specify the type of barring, as well as the time and date free of charge
- You can form several types of lists.
- You can form as many lists of barred numbers as you want free of charge.
- You can control all types of incoming calls and messages – including video calls, local and international voice calls, SMS and MMS messages – in the Kingdom and abroad (while roaming).
- The service works within the Kingdom and while roaming. You can choose to activate it only while roaming
- In addition to full numbers, you can choose to ban a certain international area code depending on the type of list.
- The service is available to all ALJAWAL customers (postpaid, Sawa, and Lana).
- All you have to pay is a monthly service fee.
- You can transfer calls to your voice mail or to a number of your choice.
- You can specify the message you want your banned caller to hear.
Service Subscription:
- You can subscribe to ALJAWAL Control using one of the following

Send 8881 in an SMS to 902.
- Customer Care Center 902:
Call 902 and request the service through our interactive voice recorder or from any of our customer service representatives.
- STCONLINE:
Visit the "STCONLINE" webpage If you're already registered in the website, you can subscribe to the service immediately. Otherwise, register first and then login to subscribe to the service.
- STC Sales Offices:
Request subscription through STC Sales Offices.
Subscription to ALJAWAL Control service can be cancelled by sending an SMS with 8882 to 902
Service Charges:
- Activating the service is free of charge.
- Monthly service fees are SR 10 only with no terms or extra charges.
Using the Service:
- Once you subscribe to the service, the "barring calls" option is automatically activated. The "barred numbers" list will be ready to accept the numbers you input, whether this is done through the website, the automatic service system, or by SMS.
- You can manage your service settings through the "STCONLINE" webpage: add numbers to a "barred numbers" list, delete numbers from different lists, form specific "barred numbers" lists, switch between modes for "Allowed numbers" and "Blocked numbers", stop the service temporarily, or reactivate it.
- You can call 902 directly as many times as you want free of charge or send any number of free SMS to add the following services - without the need to login to the websit:
