SMS Divert: When you are unable to receive SMS's (when abroad, busy, in a meeting, or on vacation) you can divert all your incoming SMS's to another mobile number within STC network or to an international mobile number without receiving a copy on your mobile. The sender will receive an auto-reply with the reason you can't receive SMS's on your mobile. The cost of the service is as follows: The charges within STC network are free To an international mobile number: total of incoming SMS * 45 Halalas This service works only if the sender is an STC customer. SMS Signature: Whenever you send an SMS, a virtual signature will be included in the text. The SMS signature Feature provides you with a convenient and quick way of including personalized signatures. You can customize more than one signature based on the SMS destination. SMS Auto-Reply: When a customer receives an SMS, the system will automatically reply with a personalized SMS that is set by the customer in advance. For example: “Hello, I am busy now…” as an automatic reply. This service works only if the sender is an STC customer. Copying In All Incoming SMS: “copying in All incoming SMS” feature will allow you to copy all incoming messages automatically to another mobile (international or local within STC network), email address or both. This service works only if the sender is an STC customer. While roaming, the charges will be based on the international roaming rate. Copying In Special SMS: “copying in Special SMS” feature will allow you to copy selected incoming messages automatically (based on sender) to another mobile (international or local within STC network), email address or both. Copying Out All Outgoing SMS : “Copying Out All Outgoing SMS” feature will allow you to copy all outgoing messages automatically to another mobile (international or local within STC network), email address or both. Copying Out Special SMS: “copying out Special SMS” feature will allow you to copy selected outgoing messages automatically (based of destination) to another mobile (international or local within STC network), email address or both. While roaming, the charges will be based on the international roaming prices.
Block SMS Delivery Report: If you are subscriber in Majwood Extra service and Smart SMS as well you can control the SMS delivery report for the incoming SMS through “block delivery report feature”. You can activate this feature via Smart SMS web site.
