The service enables you to receive emails at your mobile as soon as they’re deposited in your internet email box. It also enables you to answer these emails from your mobile wherever you are and at any time even when you’re roaming. This will keep you connected to relatives, friends, and colleagues.

Service Fees
Monthly subscription fee of SR 9 only. Usage fees are based on the JAWALNet package you’re using.
Service Activation
To activate the service, follow the steps below:
1- Send an SMS with 1570 to 902. You will then receive an SMS with a special link to
download the software that’s compatible with your mobile, as well as a user name and
password for service activation.
2- Download the software by pressing the link. You will then receive an SMS containing the
service site www.aljawalemail.com.sa
Email Settings
To set your email, visit www.aljawalemail.com.sa either through your mobile or through the computer. In both cases, you have to do the following:
1- Use the previously sent user name and password.
2- Go to settings and choose your mobile type from the list of device names.
3- Choose either IMAP or POP3 for Server Connection then follow the instructions for
adding your email account.
4- Repeat this operation to add another email account.
5- Some email accounts require the activation of POP3 as part of that email’s settings.
6- Operate the software you downloaded on your mobile and start using the service.
