MRS is is used as a value-added service for IP-VPN.
If you are to supply or indeed have your own Cisco router only, MRS can be delivered over it. Notwithstanding, STC will charge you for the monitoring, management, maintenance and warranty of the hardware via a “support contract” to ensure an exceptional service is delivered.
A telephone line is needed, with whatever network connection you have, to ensure delivering the utmost connectivity when circuit is down.
