Subscription and Activation:

You can subscribe to BlackBerry through one of the following: 909, Key Account, or through STC sales offices.

Activation through 909 or Key Account and Sales offices:

• Call 909 or contact Key Account and activate service.
• Install and connect BlackBerry Enterprise Server to email server at the customers site  to support the required Number of users.
• Provision SIM card and Smartphone to BlackBerry service.
• The BES administrator will send an email to the user including the password generated from the BES.
• The user open enterprise activation Icon from the BlackBerry Smartphone and insert their corporate email address and password received from the BES admin then the BlackBerry Smartphone will auto configure.
• After registration, visit www.aljawal.blackberry.com and add your personal

Adding your personal email:

After activation, you will need to add your personal email through the following:

• Visit www.aljawal.blackberry.com
• Click on “create new account”
• Read the conditions
• Click on “I have read and understand the Legal Terms and Conditions”, and then click on “I Agree”
• Enter your device PIN and IMEI
• Enter your username and password
• Add your personal email accounts or use the available service’s email account. In the second case, your address should be in the form of yournumber@aljawal.blackberry.com
